here the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) made it easier for employees to get their employers over a barrel.  How?  Simply refuse to find childcare for your children.  The CHRC awarded Fiona Johnstone over $35,000 in damages, plus lostages and benefits because her employerould not bend over backwards to accommodate her request for a specificork schedule.  This decisionill unintentionally make it more difficult for young men andomenith families to find good employment.
